I am continually amazed to learn that a realtor more than 50 miles away from Destin can portray herself as an expert on the Destin real estate market which by itself comprises a coastline of neighborhoods more than 30 miles long. I am a Destin RE Broker and you do not see me telling the world that I am a P'cola or PCB expert. Real Estate is local in nature, 50 miles is not a local distance.
